Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an individual to take ownership of a newly created role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives working autonomously and is confident in developing and embedding quality and compliance systems across a dynamic and expanding business. An attention to detail, a methodical approach and a willingness to further a career within compliance and quality are essential.
Working closely with the senior management team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s approach to quality assurance, ensuring robust systems and standards are in place to support future growth and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the business complies with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 14001, and BS 10008 standards
- Review, update, and maintain company policies and procedures
- Conduct internal audits and quality checks to ensure client expectations and compliance standards are consistently met
- Investigate quality or compliance issues and prepare reports with recommendations for resolution
- Support supplier assessments and assist with supply chain quality assurance
- Analyse data to identify trends, risks, or opportunities for improvement
- Lead and support the business through external audits and accreditation processes
The Ideal Candidate:
- An understanding of maintaining ISO standards is essential.
- A service sector background ideal.
- Strong analytical and report writing skills
