We are recruiting on behalf of a professional services firm specialising in insolvency, restructuring and business recovery. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or junior professional with a background in law, accounting or business studies who is looking to build a long-term career within a highly regulated and technically complex environment. This role is ideal for someone at the start of their career. You will initially focus on administrative and case support duties, receiving full training and hands-on exposure, with tuition and professional development funded to support progression into more technical insolvency work over time.
The Role
Working as part of an experienced insolvency team, you will support ongoing corporate and personal insolvency cases. As your knowledge develops, you will gradually take on increased responsibility and progress into more involved technical duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support across corporate and personal insolvency cases
- Assisting senior staff with case preparation, documentation and compliance requirements
- Data input and report generation using specialist insolvency practitioner software
- Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring documentation is completed in line with regulatory standards
- Organising and coordinating meetings, appointments and internal deadlines
- Supporting the preparation of reports for creditors, directors and stakeholders
- Assisting with business meetings and marketing events
- Attending internal training sessions, online seminars and professional courses
About You
- Educated or experience in law, accounting, finance, business or a related subject
- Strong administrative ability with excellent attention to detail
- Confident numerical and IT skills, including the ability to work with specialist systems
- Clear and professional communicator
- Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Motivated to develop a career in insolvency, restructuring or business recovery
