Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant
Part‑Time | 16‑20 hours per week | 4‑5 days preferred
We are working with a newly established project management consultancy that is entering an exciting phase of growth. As the business\’s first hire, this role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Owner/Managing Director and play a key part in shaping efficient systems and day‑to‑day operations from the ground up.
This is a hands‑on, varied role ideal for an experienced Executive Assistant or PA who enjoys bringing structure, organisation, and calm to a fast‑moving environment.
The Role Providing direct support to the Owner/Managing Director, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative, coordination, and organisational tasks to support business processes and ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities Client & Project Administration Pulling, formatting, and presenting technical project data
Organising project files, tracking progress, and managing follow‑ups
General project and client administration
Diary & Meeting Management Managing Outlook calendars and appointments
Booking meetings, coordinating invites, sending reminders, and managing reschedules
Task & Workflow Management Maintaining a shared Microsoft Planner / Kanban board
Reviewing task lists and supporting priority management
Tracking and updating tasks to ensure deadlines are met
Additional Support Light bookkeeping and finance administration
Creating and scheduling basic social media updates and posts
About You Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or PA role, ideally supporting senior leadership
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Planner
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and working independently
Professional, discreet, and proactive in approach
Hours of Work 16‑20 hours per week
Ideally spread across 4‑5 days to support daily business needs
