We are recruiting for an experienced and passionate HR Advisor to join a busy and forward-thinking Human Resources team within a growing manufacturing environment. This is a varied and hands-on role where you will act as the first point of contact for all HR-related matters, supporting employees and managers across the business. Working closely with the HR Director and wider leadership team, you will provide professional advice, manage key HR processes, and play an important role in supporting employee engagement, development, and organisational culture. This opportunity would suit an enthusiastic HR professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about delivering a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on all HR-related matters
  • Provide accurate, consistent, and proactive HR advice, guidance, and support
  • Support managers with employee relations matters including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management
  • Manage long-term absence processes and support occupational health referrals
  • Manage day-to-day HR administration including probation reviews, return-to-work processes, letters, and employee benefits
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support HR reporting requirements
  • Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process for hourly paid roles
