Our client, a well-established and highly regarded business with a strong international presence, is looking to recruit an Export Co‑ordinator to join their busy Logistics team at their Head Office in Hull. The Role
As Export Co‑ordinator, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of export documentation, ensuring all shipments meet international regulatory requirements. Acting as a central point of contact across multiple departments, you will help ensure operations run efficiently and deadlines are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce accurate and compliant export documentation for international shipments
- Ensure all documentation adheres to current customs regulations and industry standards

- Oversee the release and distribution of key shipping documents, including Bills of Lading, certificates, and courier dispatch

- Ability to manage a high-volume workload and prioritise effectively under pressure
- Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office; experience with SAP would be advantageous
