This is your opportunity to take ownership of both the Customer Service and Supply Chain teams, working hand-in-hand with senior leadership to reshape the customer journey and drive service excellence. Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the customer services function with a hands-on, proactive approach
  • Handling any escalation of issues and complaints from customers
  • Producing reports for senior management relating to sales and team activities
  • Improve customer contact channels of telephone, email and live chat for a seamless customer experience
  • Oversee and refine the customer returns process
  • Train and develop staff
  • Collaborate across internal departments to identify issues and provide solutions
  • Overview the Planning function to identify efficiencies in costs and processes
  • Lead regular meetings regarding the planned continuous improvement activities
