An exciting opportunity has arisen for an AAT part/full qualified candidate to join the accounts department of a well-established business with their Head Office in West Hull. Working within a small, supportive team you will manage your own area of the accounts function and be involved in all aspects of accounting up to trial balance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Inputting invoices on to their computerised system
  • Dealing with discrepancies with suppliers
  • Preparing and issuing sales invoices
  • Performing cash reconciliations
  • Managing entries on the nominal ledger
  • Taking accounts up to trial balance
  • Other associated accounting duties

The candidate:

You will have ideally be part/full way through your AAT qualification although consideration will be given to those who are qualified by experience. You will be confident in taking accounts up to trial balance and be used to working on a variety of accounting software.

What’s on offer:

A full time permanent position working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Some remote working available. The opportunity to work in a small, friendly team for a company who are renowned for looking after their staff and rewarding with a generous salary and discretionary bonus.
