We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and develop a warehousing operation within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Working closely with the Supply Chain Manager, you will take full responsibility for warehouse performance, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional service across all product movements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all warehouse operations including goods in/out, stock control, and internal distribution
- Lead, coach, and develop a team to deliver against KPIs and service targets
- Drive operational efficiency, including layout optimisation and lean practices
- Manage stock accuracy, availability, and reporting in collaboration with wider teams
- Ensure compliance with all QHSE, legal, and company standards
- Control departmental budgets and resources in line with business needs
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, engagement, and accountability
The Candidate
- Proven experience in a Warehouse Manager or similar leadership role
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, stock control, and logistics
- A confident people leader with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and KPIs
- Knowledge of health & safety and compliance within a warehouse environment
- Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach
