Working for a reputable and professional company in the service sector, our client is looking for an additional member of staff to join their business development team. Building relationships with both new and existing clients, you will promote the products and services on offer to them and enhance their portfolio by contacting customers by phone during core business hours Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities:
- Acting as the sole point of contact for customers in order to build and sustain successful partnerships.
- Provide advice and guidance on a wide range of products with a consultative manner.
- Working to key objectives and targets to ensure expectations are met by the business on a daily and weekly basis.
- Prospecting companies and identifying new business leads to encourage future business.
- Producing regular reports on activity for the benefit of management.
