We are proud to be working in partnership with a highly successful and long-established firm of Solicitors, providing a broad spectrum of legal services to clients across the UK. With their Head Office based in Hull, the firm is now looking to appoint Legal Assistants within two key departments. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and professional team, where you will provide vital administrative support to Solicitors and Partners. There is clear scope for career progression for individuals who demonstrate commitment and capability within the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls and emails from clients, solicitors, and court representatives
- Preparing court bundles and legal documentation
- Conducting routine checks as required
- Maintaining and updating case files and digital records
- Assisting with financial administration including invoicing and data entry
- Scanning, photocopying, and general administrative support
The Ideal Candidate:
Some prior experience in a legal environment OR a recent Law graduate eager to begin their legal career
A high level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Confident IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel
A proactive and professional approach
