We are recruiting for an organised and proactive PMO Administrator to join a busy Projects team based in Hull. This role provides key administrative support to the Project Management Office, helping ensure projects are tracked, documented and delivered efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a structured environment and supporting multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Project Management Office and project teams
- Maintain project trackers and support accurate reporting on project progress
- Assist with processing project requests, work orders and purchase requisitions
- Support the management of capital expenditure requests and related documentation
- Arrange meetings, prepare agenda packs and support project meetings
- Maintain project documentation and communication materials
