We are recruiting for an organised and proactive PMO Administrator to join a busy Projects team based in Hull.
This role provides key administrative support to the Project Management Office, helping ensure projects are tracked, documented and delivered efficiently.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a structured environment and supporting multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Project Management Office and project teams
- Maintain project trackers and support accurate reporting on project progress
- Assist with processing project requests, work orders and purchase requisitions
- Support the management of capital expenditure requests and related documentation
- Arrange meetings, prepare agenda packs and support project meetings
- Maintain project documentation and communication materials
- Assist with data checks and ensure project information is kept up to date
- Support onboarding activities and general team administration
- Build effective working relationships with internal teams and external suppliers
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a projects or engineering environment.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Desirable
Experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO) or project environment.
Knowledge of project management processes.
Experience using ERP or project management systems.
Experience with SAP.
