Our client is continuing to grow and, as part of their expansion, is introducing a new tier of management within their Head Office team. They are now seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee a team responsible for processing, scanning, storing, and managing complex and confidential data.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys driving performance, improving processes, and supporting a team to consistently meet high standards and tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a small team, overseeing day-to-day workflows and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance by reviewing and updating data as required.
- Liaise with internal departments to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Carry out regular quality checks and audits.
- Upload and manage reports/documents via a complex internal IT system.
- Monitor and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) for key clients.
- Act as the first point of contact for any escalated queries or issues.
About You:
- Proven experience in leading or supervising a small team.
- Strong IT skills with the ability to learn and navigate new systems confidently.
- A proactive approach to process improvement and team performance.
- Experience in document management, data handling, or analysis would be advantageous.
