Due to an internal promotion, our client is seeking an experienced Customer Service professional to join their dynamic team at their UK Head Office in Hull. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career within a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment, where you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers across the UK and Europe while working closely with internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from enquiry to delivery
  • Handle customer queries quickly, efficiently, and professionally
  • Provide tailored solutions to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
