Overview
Due to expansion our client is a successful and established organisation who is looking for an additional Credit Controller to join their team. Working from the Head Office function, you will be responsible for your own section and clients.
Responsibilities
- Chasing outstanding payments from customers around the UK
- Dealing with customer queries to ensure prompt payments
- Preparing written correspondence when required
- Building strong and lasting relationships with customers
- Producing reports and keeping the computerised system up to date
Candidate
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of credit control either having specialised or done it as part of their role. Consideration will however be given to those candidates who can demonstrate strong customer service skills and who have a willingness to transfer into a credit control and accounting environment.
