As one of the largest providers in the sector, they are recognised for delivering compassionate, person-centred support that enables individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives within the community. About the Role We are recruiting an experienced and dedicated Service Manager to oversee a Mental Health Supported Accommodation service on behalf of our client. This role involves the operational leadership of a service supporting adults with complex mental health needs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, recovery-oriented care. The successful candidate will work standard weekday hours and will play a vital role in shaping service delivery, staff development, and user outcomes. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the supported accommodation service. * Provide inspirational leadership and support to staff, promoting a positive, inclusive team culture. * Ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred support to residents. * Oversee care planning, safeguarding, risk management, and service quality in line with CQC and organisational standards. * Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including clinical teams, social care professionals, and families. * Monitor service performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes. * Manage resources, staffing, and budgets to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. Essential Requirements * Substantial experience in a leadership or management role within a mental health, supported living, or social care environment. * Strong understanding of mental health needs, recovery-focused practice, and supported accommodation models. * Sound knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory compliance. * Excellent team leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent (or willingness to complete). * Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undertake one). * Ideally RMN qualified (Registered Mental Health Nurse), although not essential.
