Role Overview As a Temporary Support Worker, you will: * Work directly with adults to support their educational and developmental activities. * Promote independence, build relationships, and encourage positive behaviour. * Assist in maintaining a safe and stimulating environment. * Adapt to the needs of individuals, offering person-centred care and encouragement.
