Location: Smethwick

Salary: £23,800 - £26,950 per annum (dependent on experience)

Sleep-in Pay: £50 per sleep-in

Rota Pattern: 1 long day on (07:30 - 23:00), followed by a sleep-in and 2 days off

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Driving Requirement: Must hold a full UK manual or automatic driving licence

We are supporting our client in the recruitment of a Children’s Residential Support Worker for a solo children’s residential provision in Smethwick, supporting a young person with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards)

  • Resilient, empathetic, and able to remain calm under pressure
  • Willingness to work on a 1-on, 2-off rolling rota including sleep-ins
  • Full UK manual or automatic driving licence (essential)
