Job Responsibilities
An exciting opportunity has become available within our Estimating Team based out of our Head office in Egham. The company are growing their team and would like to take on a Landscape Estimator. The role reports directly to the Senior Estimating Manager and there is room to expand as the company continues to grow.
Kingston Landscape Group are an award winning Commercial Landscaping Company operating across London and the surrounding areas. We also have two plant nurseries based out of Twickenham and Ottershaw which are open to the public. Due to recent company growth, we have moved to a new head office in Egham (Surrey) where the role will be based from.
There is free parking facilities on site.
Job Title – Landscape Estimator (Soft and Hard)
Location: Egham (Office Based Role)
Salary: 30k + depending on experience
Full time – Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
Responsibilities will include:
- Analysing project requirements
- Quantification from drawings
- Production of quotations
- Costing Labour, Plant and Materials
- Show good initiative and enthusiasm.
- Production of Project Handovers to our operations team when projects secured
- Attending pre and post tender meetings as required
Skills & Experience
Qualifications
- Must be competent with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Strong mathematical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tenders
- Essential to have good organisational skills, communication and time management to help meet deadlines.
- Full driving licence preferred
- Experience of Landscaping/Horticulture estimating would be preferred, but not essential as job specific training for horticulture can be provided
Education & Licensing
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
- Driving Licence (required)
