Kingston Hospital seeks an experienced Frailty Team Lead Occupational Therapist (Band 7) to lead, assess and intervene with frailty patients in ED and AAU, and drive admission avoidance. You will supervise staff, develop the service and provide teaching to OT staff and students.
The role is 37.5 hours per week, across a seven day service, with a permanent contract and salary on the NHS pay scale £55,524 to £62,652 incl. HCAS. HCPC registration and involvement in MDT are essential.
