Volunteering Services Team – Administration Support

An exciting opportunity to join the Volunteering Services Team providing administrative support. Provide all volunteers, public and staff with excellent customer service in line with team and Trust values.

Responsibilities

  1. Support volunteer recruitment and assessment process, inputting information and updating recruitment databases (TRAC and basic Excel spreadsheets).
  2. Scan assessment documents into SDF and manage volunteer ID checks to DBS and NHS standards of compliance, including copying and scanning ID documents, inputting into TRAC and monitoring completion.
  3. Provide comprehensive administrative support: diary management, booking meeting rooms, taking messages, dealing with initial enquiries and managing the Volunteering Inbox.
  4. Maintain an organised and confidential electronic filing system in SDF, in line with legal requirements and data protection.
  5. Prepare information packs for volunteer training programmes and meetings as required.
  6. Assist with various administration and support e.g. Volunteer ID badge process, capturing images, bookings process, logistics and delivery of Volunteer Events.
