The Training and Quality Officer supports the delivery of high‑quality training on medical devices and clinical digital systems, contributing to safe practice and effective digital adoption across the Trust. The role involves creating and delivering face‑to‑face, virtual and blended training, maintaining accurate records, and supporting quality assurance and audit activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of training programmes on medical devices and clinical digital systems across the Trust.
- Prepare and deliver face‑to‑face, virtual, and blended training content.
- Maintain accurate training records.
- Provide frontline training support and user engagement.
- Contribute to quality assurance activities, audit preparation, and maintain compliance with governance and safety standards.
- Work under the supervision of the Senior Training and Quality Officer.
Working Arrangements
Full‑time on‑site work is required; a hybrid pattern may be possible in the future subject to service needs and role responsibilities. The role may involve participation in an on‑call rota.
