About the Role

A opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic substantive part-time Specialty Doctor Post within Oral Services, Maxillo-Facial Department at Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

Team and Clinical Setting

Our Oral Services department is staffed by a dedicated multidisciplinary team of medical consultants, a hygienist, a medical photographer, dental radiographers and specialist dental nurses with advanced scope of practice experience in treating acute dental conditions. The department benefits from a full range of diagnostic imaging and pathology support services and has close links with the regional teaching hospitals.

Qualifications & Registration

Successful candidates must be registered with the GDC with a valid license to practice in line with the introduction of revalidation on 16 November 2009.

Responsibilities

• Review of inpatients
• Provision of outpatient clinics
• Minor operating lists
• Support postgraduate teaching and training
• Encouraged research and full facilities available
