Responsibilities
- Respond to IT support requests via phone, email and the ticketing system.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues.
- Set up and configure laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
- Assist with user account management and password resets.
Qualifications
- Good technical competence, including Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (Wi‑Fi, LAN).
- Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail and excellent communication.
- Customer‑service orientation and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Hours & Conditions
- Full‑time, permanent contract: 8:00 – 16:00, Monday to Friday, based at the school site.
- Flexibility required for technical event support outside of core hours, to be agreed with the Director of IT.
