Kingston GP Chambers is supporting Roselawn Surgery to recruit a part‑time receptionist/administrator (16 hours per week) to join a well‑established practice in New Malden. Working days would be Monday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons.

Roselawn is a well‑established GP based near the bustling New Malden high street. The surgery is part of the New Malden and Worcester Park Primary Care Network and provides care to in excess of 6,000 patients. It received a 'Good' CQC rating following its last inspection.
Job Description
Key duties include:
- Greeting patients & welcoming them into the surgery
- Answering phone calls to respond to patient queries and managing appointments
- Liaising with hospitals and consultants for patient appointment bookings and chasing results
- Handling incoming patient emails
- Ensuring all relevant correspondence is scanned and saved accurately into patient files on EMIS
- Assisting in data collection for practice performance indicators
- Opening and sorting daily post, scanning and indexing documents into the clinical system EMIS
- Ad‑hoc administration tasks
