Kingston GP Chambers are recruiting on behalf of Hook Surgery for a GP Administrator / Receptionist. The position is part of a dedicated admin/reception team, reporting to the Office Manager, and focuses on providing high‑quality service to patients and supporting the clinical and management teams.
Responsibilities
- Support the clinical team with document management (workflow) and email communication.
- Handle E‑Referrals.
- Code patient records in line with coding protocols.
- Manage incoming mail and distribute/scanning appropriately.
- Perform reception duties.
Work Hours & Shift Pattern
The role requires 26 hours per week with the following shift pattern:
- Monday 10:00‑19:00
- Tuesday 07:45‑13:00
- Wednesday 07:45‑13:00
- Friday 11:30‑18:30
