Kingston GP Chambers are recruiting on behalf of Hook Surgery for a GP Administrator / Receptionist. The position is part of a dedicated admin/reception team, reporting to the Office Manager, and focuses on providing high‑quality service to patients and supporting the clinical and management teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support the clinical team with document management (workflow) and email communication.
  • Handle E‑Referrals.
  • Code patient records in line with coding protocols.
  • Manage incoming mail and distribute/scanning appropriately.
  • Perform reception duties.

Work Hours & Shift Pattern

The role requires 26 hours per week with the following shift pattern:

  • Monday 10:00‑19:00
  • Tuesday 07:45‑13:00
  • Wednesday 07:45‑13:00
  • Friday 11:30‑18:30
