What You’ll Be Doing

  • Preparing and delivering a variety of dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation

  • Contributing to menu development, specials, and seasonal offerings
  • Managing stock control and placing supplier orders as needed
  • Supporting the Head Chef with rota planning and labour management
  • Championing a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment

  • Proven experience in a busy kitchen or hospitality setting
