What You'll Be Doing

  • As Sous Chef, you'll be second-in-command in the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth service, high standards, and inspiring food that keeps our guests coming back.
  • Preparing and delivering a variety of dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Leading, motivating, and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
  • Ensuring food hygiene and safety standards are followed at all times.
  • Contributing to menu development, specials, and seasonal offerings.
  • Managing stock control and placing supplier orders as needed.
  • Supporting the Head Chef with rota planning and labour management.
  • Championing a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment.
