We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer‑focused individual to join our library team and help deliver a friendly, welcoming, and efficient service to our communities. In this role, you will support a range of library events, learning sessions, and community engagement activities while ensuring customers receive excellent support and assistance. You will also help maintain library stock, displays, and presentation standards, as well as use digital tools and self‑service technology to enhance the customer experience. Working closely with colleagues, volunteers, and community partners, you will contribute to continuous improvement across the service.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a library, retail, or customer‑facing environment and enjoy working with people in a busy and community‑focused setting.
