About the Role and our Ideal Candidate
You will support funded provision courses at Kingston Adult Education and be a first point of call for learner communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to service users and members of the public.
- Monitor, follow up, track and liaise with learners and tutors about course attendance.
- Provide information and answer queries from the main phone line and via digital correspondence.
- Cover front line/reception duties, participate in intakes, document checks and enrolment session, class visits and exam invigilation.
- Ensure that all relevant learner information and documentation is recorded and retained following department procedures.
- Use the MIS system according to the role needs and expectations.

Qualifications
- You should have considerable experience in customer service or educational delivery, handling confidential data and sensitive information, working with digital tools and systems.
