Our client is a young Software company with huge potential, it has already created a stir in the markets it is focused on and it has won prestigious customers against big names in the software industry. As part of the company’s next phase of growth, they need their first Marketing person to build the brand and content rapidly, on the back of the success they have already achieved. They need someone with previous experience in developing Marketing/Branding in early stage software organisations, and who can handle the disruptive nature of what they are doing. Once major recent wins are announced, the market will take notice of the company and it needs to be ready with clear messaging, and not just based on product functionality. This is an ideal role for someone with a strong track record in Marketing in the Software industry and with proven experience in building the branding and messaging for disruptive companies. You will work closely with the founders and strongly influence the company’s next phase of development, driving content creation, brand awareness, etc, for a breakthrough product. You will build content and messaging that showcases the product’s unique selling points, including case studies, website copy, social media, etc. Requirements: A proven track record in Marketing in the Software industry, including content creation and brand awareness for breakthrough products/companies. Comfortable dealing with technical information and translating technical capabilities into customer benefits. Knowledge of marketing analytics, automation, and content creation tools. Ability to think creatively and break industry stereotypes. Strong communication skills and a passion for storytelling and digital content. Experience developing and delivering marketing campaigns (content, messaging, social media, etc) High energy, self-motivated, and a strong sense of teamwork
