About the Role

This is a senior hands-on HR Business Partner and a trusted advisor to senior leadership across a global business. The role will translate business strategy into integrated people strategy, connecting leadership ambition and workforce capability, and partnering with local HR teams to deliver outcomes into the local framework.

This is a high-profile global role, although not a people-management position initially; influence will be exercised through expertise, strategic insight, and shaping decisions at the highest levels.

The ideal candidate operates with an AI-first mindset, instinctively reaching for data, automation, and intelligent tooling to provide influence and impact globally.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic advisor to senior and executive leaders, challenging thinking and influencing decisions on organisational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.

  • Translate complex business priorities into actionable people strategies.

  • Use data and qualitative insight, and drive strategies that move the business forward.

Organisational design & workforce planning

  • Lead the design of agile, future-ready organisation structures.

  • Build strategic plans that connect talent, capability gaps, and AI-driven shifts.

  • Help leaders think structurally about agentic AI. Design organisation models that account for a blended human-and-agent workforce.

Talent, leadership & culture

  • Shape leadership effectiveness, succession plans, and high-potential development.

  • Drive culture and engagement strategy across a global, distributed workforce.

  • Partner on critical talent decisions.

Change & transformation

  • Lead the people dimension of transformation programmes. Anticipate the human impact of business and technology shifts, and design adoption strategies that bring people with you.

  • Bring an agentic-AI lens to transformations and be prepared to challenge leaders.

Data-driven & AI-enabled HR

  • Use people analytics to generate insight, and quantify the impact of HR interventions.

  • Identify and embed AI and automation across HR processes, from talent intelligence and modelling to workflow automation and decision support.

Qualifications

  • Progressive senior level HR expertise in global SaaS / Software / AI companies

  • Significant experience as a senior HR Business Partner supporting executive stakeholders in a global, matrixed environment.

  • Able to influence and advise at C-suite / senior-leadership level.

  • Deep expertise across organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, and change leadership.

  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to connect people strategy directly to business performance.

  • Familiarity with how AI and agentic technologies are reshaping operating models and the future of work.
