Our client is a highly successful global leader in the enterprise software industry, very well-established and with an outstanding reputation. This role will support the CEO and you will need a strong background in Executive Assistant positions, ideally directly supporting at CEO level, preferably in the Enterprise Software industry. We are seeking a personable and highly proactive individual with a positive attitude who enjoys being part of a dynamic, fast-paced business.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day administration and coordination in all areas of Executive support to the CEO
- Scheduling, calendaring, travel, invoice approval routing, and follow-up, meeting and office support, presentation prep assistance, and other administrative activities
- Handle travel arrangements and make frequent revisions as needed
- Schedule and coordinate numerous weekly and ad-hoc meetings to include note-taking and follow-up
- Interact with key contacts, investors, and other C-level individuals
- Manage meetings for cross-departmental initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years’ Executive Assistant experience to C level, ideally with previous experience supporting at CEO level
- Previous experience in the Enterprise Software/Tech space is ideal
Required Skills
- Highly professional – able to engage at all levels with employees, ELT, customers, and partners
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Extremely high level of discretion pertaining to confidential information
- Superior time management and organization
