The Youth Program Coordinator plays a key leadership role in designing, coordinating, and advancing programming for the Unnamed Youth project and Healthy Individuals Vibrant Environment. These programs focus on promoting the health, wellbeing, and resilience of children, youth, and families.

This position combines hands-on program delivery with strategic community partnership development, working collaboratively with staff, volunteers, youth, and community organizations to create supportive environments that reduce the impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and foster upstream youth prevention.

The Coordinator works closely with community partners, including Public Health South East, youth representatives, and other Kingston Community Health Centres programs and initiatives to strengthen systems that support youth health across the KFLA region.

The role may require on occasion to be actively present during program hours, primarily after school and Saturday mornings, ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed programming and meaningful community engagement.
