As part of the Community Development Team, the Community Liaison Worker will coordinate the Older Adults Hub at the Rideau Heights Community Centre. This staff will be a bridge between the partner agencies offering programming, Kingston Community Health Centres (KCHC) and the City of Kingston. The Community Liaison will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of the Older Adults Hub providing administrative and program support to all partner agencies.
