Job Description
Joining us as Sessional Lecturer, your focus will be to teach vocational courses related to HR, predominantly at Level 3 and 5. The specific required areas of HR are; Essentials of People Practice, Core Behaviours for People Professionals, Business Culture and Change in Context. The role is about providing a high-quality student experience and outstanding outcomes in HR, and encompasses working on teaching schemes, assessment schedules (including coursework) and student monitoring.
Do you hold a professional HR qualification (such as CIPD) and/or have experience of a HR role? Have you taught HR at Level 3 and/or Level 5 and have knowledge of Essentials of People Practice, Core Behaviours for People Professionals, Business Culture and Change in Context? If so, then we would love to hear from you!
We’re looking for an individual who is hardworking and flexible and who has delivered training or taught in an educational setting. A teaching qualification is not essential; however, we do ask that you are willing to achieve one in post, in line with current regulations and needs of awarding/validating bodies.
