Kingston College's Creative Industries Centre seeks a Senior Support Technician to ensure ICT systems, services and telephony availability with a Mac focus. You will provide 2nd/3rd line support, investigate complex issues and oversee Support Technicians across College sites.
You will install, configure and maintain PC/Mac hardware/software, manage user accounts and assist with equipment replacement and maintenance, working independently or in a team.
