Fixed Term Contract until 31st May 2025, Full Time (with a possibility to extend) An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employability Coordinator to join our Employability team! As Employability Coordinator, you will build on our existing external employer partnerships, build new ones, and oversee the monitoring and organisation of work experience for our 16-19 study programme learners. You will also work with the Head of Employability to develop, organise, and implement a range of events and activities aimed at the development of employability skills for all of our learners across the College, including 16-19, apprentices and HE students. We’re looking for someone who is confident and engaging – someone who can develop pro-active relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. With high personal standards and expectations, you will work well under pressure and to agreed, and be receptive to new ideas and initiatives, with a clear approach to problem solving. Experience in generating employer links across a wide range of industries is desirable, but not essential. Closing date for the return of an online application form is 26th February 2025. The benefits package includes generous annual leave.
