Kingston College is seeking a Curriculum Administrator to provide excellent administrative support to the Principals, Heads of Curriculum Administration, Senior Management Team, staff and students. This role plays a key part in enabling the effective delivery of the curriculum and associated activities, ensuring that students thrive in the college environment and achieve their personal learning goals.
As a Curriculum Administrator, you will use the colleges information systems and work with data to support accurate and efficient processes. You will have a good understanding of timetables, registers and the college finance systems. In addition, you will also support a wide range of administrative tasks, including student feedback, Attendance, Performance and Academic (APA) procedures, student references, confirmation of programme of study, Parents Induction Evenings, Graduation, room bookings, Enrolment and much more.
So, if you have excellent administrative skills to include knowledge of office procedures, constructing letters and strong telephone and communication skills, then we want to hear from you! With a methodical and highly organised approach, you will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable working under pressure, prioritising tasks and being assertive when required. Being flexible and able to manage change is essential, you will have excellent IT skills including internet applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook mail-merge and label runs and be familiar with MIS systems.
