Vocational Skills Assessors play a vital role across the School's Further and Higher Education provision. They are responsible for delivering effective and efficient practical and online assessment, while supporting learners to develop their commercial awareness, employability and enterprise skills. They will also ensure full compliance with all health and safety policies and practices relating to placements at all times.
As our Vocational Skills Assessor, you will develop partnerships with Early Years Provisions, provide placement support for all students and undertake assessments in the workplace and in college, ensuring that a professional image is portrayed at all times.
Qualifications
- Professional qualifications with a reputable awarding body or a recognised TDLB Assessor Award (D32, D33, A1) and an Internal Verifier (IV) award.
- Level 6 qualification or above, with an Early Years specialism.
- Recent experience in Early Years assessment, including the use of e-portfolio systems and current industry experience evidenced through CPD or recent practice in Early Years settings, including school provision (SEN desirable).
