Your Role: Inspire, Engage, Make a Difference
As the Wellbeing Team Leader, you will play a central role in creating and delivering holistic lifestyle programs that support the social, emotional, cultural, and spiritual wellbeing of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Designing and leading engaging recreation and wellbeing programs
- Encouraging individual and group participation across all levels of ability
- Building strong connections with families and the broader community
- Supporting personalised care planning and documentation
- Driving new initiatives and activities that enrich daily life for our residents
What We are Looking For
We are seeking someone who leads with empathy, communicates with purpose, and brings energy and innovation to everything they do.
Qualifications
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Leisure & Health
- Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance
- Food Safety Certificate
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) (desirable)
- Knowledge of Aged Care Standards
Other Requirements
- Experience in similar role in residential aged care setting (highly regarded)
- Valid Police Check (mandatory)
- Australian Working Rights
