Responsibilities
- Carry out daily turf maintenance tasks such as inspections, aeration, fertilising, irrigation.
- Operate and maintain turf care machinery and equipment in a safe and effective manner.
- Support the implementation of seasonal renovation works and turf improvement programs.
- Monitor turf condition and contribute to achieving high presentation and safety standards.
- Work cooperatively with contractors, suppliers, and other internal teams when required.
- Follow all safety and compliance requirements related to equipment use and site conditions.
What You’ll Bring
- Hands-on experience in sportsground or turf maintenance.
- Sound knowledge of turf management practices, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
- Familiarity with sportsground maintenance standards and compliance requirements.
- Ability to follow scheduled maintenance programs and adapt to changing priorities.
- Certificate III in Sports Turf Management or equivalent experience in the turf industry.
- Current Driver’s Licence (essential).
- ChemCert, or similar industry-related qualifications (advantageous).
