Responsibilities

- Band 3 $69,181 – $73,600 per annum (dependent on experience) plus superannuation
- Location: Dingley Village
- Support your Crew Leader and team in maintaining Kingston\\\’s open space garden beds
- Help foster an environment that encourages open communication, sharing of ideas and feedback
- Perform horticultural tasks such as planting, mulching, pruning, weeding and feeding
- Carry out tasks with safe and efficient use of hand tools and various machinery
- Communicate effectively within the team to undertake scheduled and reactive works
Skills and Experience
- Certificate 3 Horticulture desirable but not essential
- Medium – rigid license (desirable)
- Demonstrated expertise in relationship development and effective communication
- Good digital literacy with experience in using technology to track and report tasks
- Strong enthusiasm for acquiring knowledge and continuous learning
