We currently operate over 300 funeral locations, 17 cemeteries and 29 crematoria, throughout Australia, New Zealand and Singapore and we are growing. Role: Arranger Conductor — your working career could mean a whole lot more serving families in your local community to arrange and prepare all aspects of the funeral service for their loved one. This role will offer you new life skills, personal growth and development, the opportunity to earn qualifications and progress your career in a personally rewarding industry.

Duties of an Arranger Conductor include:

  • Plan, coordinate and implement all aspects of the funeral service for a family and inform them with the various options available to honour their loved one.
  • Work closely with the family from first contact to guide them through what is required and respond to their requests with service options and solutions
  • Implement the funeral plan on the day, direct the team and provide support and guidance for the family

About you:

  • You have a strong customer service ethos and pride yourself on service delivery, problem – solving and customer satisfaction
  • Professional attitude with an empathetic and compassionate approach towards people
  • Be at ease working with grieving families and the deceased
  • Excellent communication and high attention to detail
  • Possess a full unrestricted driver’s license
