About You
- You are a final-year Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathology student
- You can work from our Dandenong South office
- You are looking to gain industry experience while completing your studies

- You are equipped to travel independently for community therapy sessions
- You possess an NDISWC / WWCC (or are willing to apply)
- You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s licence
Introducing National 360’s Allied Health Academy
The Allied Health Academy is part of our Graduate Pathway initiative, designed to support you through your final year of study with employment relevant to your profession. You’ll gain exposure to real therapy environments, support clients to achieve their goals, and start building confidence in the NDIS and community sectors – all while getting paid.
What You’ll Do
You will join your local team for approximately 1 day/week. While no two days will look the same, the types of activities you’ll complete include:
- Shadow experienced clinicians
- Support the delivery of therapy under the supervision and mentorship of qualified professionals
- Participate in team meetings and collaborative case discussions
- Provide valuable administrative support to help the local team operate efficiently
- Develop clinical resources that enhance therapy delivery and client outcomes
- Undertake research tasks to support evidence-based practice and service improvement
