We are looking for a friendly, patient, and reliable male Personal Assistant to support RN1, a 13-year-old autistic boy.
This is a rewarding role supporting a young person both at home and in the community in a calm and positive way. Support may include walks, outings, activities, play, and encouraging confidence, communication, and independence while maintaining consistent routines and boundaries.
RN1 enjoys outdoor activities, parks, playgrounds, shops, supermarkets, exploring new places, and spending time in a calm environment at home.
The ideal candidate should be calm, understanding, and confident supporting autistic children or young people, with a positive attitude and patient approach.
Experience supporting autistic children or young people with additional needs would be preferred.
Hours: 4 hours per week. Flexible hours, preferably at weekends, to be arranged with the family.
