The Opportunity: We're now looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Executive to help drive new business growth within the folding carton packaging market. This is an exciting opportunity where you'll play a key role in identifying potential customers and generating enquiries across a wide range of industries. Whether you already have lead generation experience or are looking to begin a career in sales and business development, we'd love to hear from candidates with energy, confidence, and a proactive mindset.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Researching and identifying potential customers using online tools, LinkedIn, exhibitions, retail analysis, and internal databases
- Engaging with prospects via phone, email, and social media
- Generating new sales enquiries and business opportunities
- Working closely with the sales team to support business growth
- Building relationships with companies across sectors including food & beverage, healthcare, automotive, engineering, and pet care.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude
- Confidence speaking with new contacts and decision makers
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive approach to finding and developing opportunities
Experience That Would Be Helpful:
- Previous experience in lead generation, sales, account management, or business development
- Experience within packaging, print, or manufacturing industries would be very helpful, but not essential.
- Knowledge of folding carton or cardboard packaging markets would again be helpful but not essential.
- Experience selling into food & beverage, healthcare, automotive, engineering, or pet care sectors
However, full support and training will be provided for the right candidate, with the right attitude and ambition.
