You will have clinical experience in children’s nursing and a passion for education and student development, ideally including experience caring for children and young people with acute healthcare needs and supporting their families. An interest in, or experience of, research and research education would be advantageous. You will demonstrate excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills, and be committed to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion across both academic and clinical environments.
