Responsibilities
- Provide logistical support to the Education Liaison and Outreach team.
- Lead the development and delivery of the Outreach newsletter.
- Coordinate the university’s Higher Education Fair attendance.
- Monitor and manage queries received via the central inbox.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven administrative experience with strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, literacy and IT skills.
- Strong stakeholder and customer relations management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and analytic capabilities.
- Understanding of Widening Participation practice and challenges faced by underrepresented student groups pursuing higher education.
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom under the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006.
