Kingston Barnes are recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our client in the Croydon area. Working for a reputable and stable engineering company that is making a sustainable impact on the environment.
Responsibilities- Responsible for carrying out planned and unplanned maintenance activities to ensure safe and efficient operation of the ERF plant.
- Conduct plant inspections and area safety inspections.
- Use initiative and be pro-active and creative in problem solving.
- Carry out fault diagnosis and rectify as required.
- Assist with supervision of contractors, working alongside other functions as necessary.
- Ensure maintenance targets and plans are achieved safely, economically and within the environmental limits of the plant.
- Must have a Mechanical Maintenance background.
- Previous experience using a CMMS is desirable.
- Heavy engineering, power station, oil and gas, anaerobic digestion, forces and manufacturing backgrounds considered.
Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)
